JCIHK Trainer Mentorship Program
 


Trainer Mentorship Program (TMP), organized by National Training and Development Commission, has been providing a platform for Mentees to practice their training skills and knowledge through TMP trainings and direct coaching from Senior Trainers (Mentors) .

 
           This year, our theme is  "Training x Future x Management"

Program Objectives:
  • to encourage JCIHK members to actively explore their potential on taking the role as a trainer in their JC life.
  • to create a platform for Mentees to acquire training skills through mentorship.
  • to provide opportunity for Mentees to develop and conduct their own training program to bring positive impact to our members.
Mentee criteria:
  • Complete the application form with the endorsement of Chapter President.
  • Minimum 1 year of JC full member experience.
  • First time to participate Trainer Mentorship Program.
2 seats are reserved for each chapter, any additional application will be placed on the waiting list for NTDC final decision.

Program Fee: HKD 500-
 
 
Program Details:
TMP covers various activities, which target to help Mentees to get ready to be trainers and conduct training sessions at the Trainer Summit to be held on 15 May, 2021.

1) TMP Kick-Off and Briefing          
    Date: 24 Feb 2020 (WED)
    Time: 8:00 - 10:30 PM (Registration 7:45 PM)
    Venue: Online (NTDC Facebook Live)
    To kick start of trainer journeys, you will meet up with your partners and mentor, to set your training targets and objectives.

2) Workshop I          
    Date: 18 Mar 2021 (THU)
    Time: 8:00 - 10:00 PM (Registration 7:45 PM)
    Venue: Online
    Basic training needs and training skills will be shared by experienced trainers to our babe trainers.

3) Workshop II          
    Date: 20 Apr 2021 (TUE)
    Time: 8:00 - 10:00 PM (Registration 7:45 PM)
    Venue: TBC
    Basic training needs and training skills will be shared by experienced trainers to our babe trainers.

4) Private Coaching Sessions (Organized by Mentors & Mentees Individually)
   Mentors will guide their mentees for preparation of lesson plan and training materials, as well as practice and rehearsal at their self-arranged meetings.

5) Trainer Summit
     Date: 15 May 2020 (SAT)
     Time:  10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
     Venue: TBC
     Mentees will deliver their training open to JC members. Feedback will be given by experienced trainers.
