JCIHK China National Training and Development Commission (NTDC), is proud to launch the "Power Trainer Path 2025," aimed at recognizing and motivating members to actively and continuously develop into trainers for the Junior Chamber International.

"Power Trainer Path 2025" is a scoring system designed to encourage members of the Hong Kong Junior Chamber International to make progress and gain more training opportunities. Training is essential for developing leadership skills, enabling our members to create impact through training experiences, in line with our JCI Hong Kong, China 2025 theme, "We Are Leaders."

By taking on different training roles, members will earn recognition at four levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum) based on their accumulated points over two seasons.

Period:

Season 1: 1 Jan 2025 to 30 Jun 2025

Season 2: 1 Jul 2025 to 15 Nov 2025
