Members embarked on a captivating journey to Shanghai and Suzhou, where they experienced the best of both cities. The trip started with a magnificent royal-style banquet that left everyone’s taste buds satisfied, followed by a gastronomic delight as participants savored the fresh and succulent Yangcheng Lake crabs.

The tour included visits to the renowned Tianzifang, a vibrant arts and crafts district, as well as the tranquil Hanshan Temple and the Kunshan Opera Museum, where members delved deep into the rich cultural heritage of the region. With comfortable stays at internationally recognized hotels, participants were able to unwind in luxurious surroundings, making the trip not only an exploration of culture but also an opportunity for relaxation. The journey was filled with laughter, shared stories, and unforgettable moments, creating memories that members will cherish for years to come.




 

Nov 9, 2024: 港澳資深青商交流活動麻雀撲克兩皇爭霸戰 暨 大閘蟹宴

The club’s annual Macao-Hong Kong Senior Alumni Exchange Event brought together 73 members for a day of excitement, camaraderie, and competition. The event kicked off with a scenic tour through the historic streets of Taipa, where members enjoyed a delicious local lunch, indulged in souvenir shopping, and took in the vibrant atmosphere of Macao. The highlight of the afternoon was the thrilling "麻雀x撲克兩皇爭霸戰" held at the Cannon Chinese Restaurant. The competition was filled with excitment, with members from both regions displaying their strategic prowess, wit, and endurance. The atmosphere was electric, with cheers and friendly banter filling the room as participants battled it out for the crown. After the intense competition, the day concluded with a sumptuous hairy crab feast that brought everyone together in celebration. The event perfectly encapsulated the spirit of the Alumni Club—fostering friendship, fun, and unforgettable experiences.

Both of these events showcased the Alumni Club's commitment to creating meaningful experiences for its members, from cultural exploration to thrilling competitions. They not only strengthened the bonds between members but also created a sense of community that will continue to thrive in the years to come.
